It is not likely to get breast cancer when you havent gotten fully developed. Though you are at risk in any stage after developed but maybe even cases before but the high risk is 25-40's i believe. Though any age you are at risk. I am 16 though and my doctor does a check on mine, just a feel test though, no screenings yet.

Yes it is. Even men can get breast cancer. Imagine that! Breast cancer is not something that typically happens at a very young age. There are exceptions to the rule, however, and if you have a family history of breast cancer, you might find yourself getting mammograms at an earlier age, and maybe even getting breast cancer. This is where monthly self breast exams become very important. Typically women start getting annual mammograms at the age of 35 or 40, but with a strong family history of breast cancer, you might get them sooner. If your mother and grandmother had breast cancer in their 20s, then you will be monitored for the same at a young age.
