Does anyone know a site that has childrens breast cancer awareness bracelets, or arm bands

Does anyone know a site that has childrens breast cancer awareness bracelets, or arm bands?
My mother was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and I have purchased some bracelets, and rings for the females in my family to show support. My son wants to wear a bracelet, but I am having trouble finding bracelets for children (especially boys). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Please Google search on Breast cancer awareness brcelets or arm bands.

If you are in the UK, you can order bands from the breast cancer care website. They are pink and only one size having a 20 cm circumference. In the US you can order them from the pink ribbon shop.

Aw, sweetie I'm sorry about your grandmother. Right know since your breasts are not fully developed you probably don't. Still go to the doctors for a regular check up.

im no doctor but i dont think you can get it at 12 well i am 12 but just to make sure tell a parent or sum 1 you trust or check urself for bumps or go to tha doctors

the way breast cancer is showing up in women today it might be possible for a 12 year old to have it although it is VERY unlikely but i advise you do a self examination and if you still seriously think you have it(not just because of genetics) then you should see a doctor

Your grandmother having breast cancer does not increase your risk for it. It is very rarely hereditary and of those that are they are diagnosed under 45 years of age. Self breast exams are not recommended at your age. They are a waste of time and a likely source of unneeded concern due to the changes that occur at your age. 0.1% of all breast cancers occur in women under 30 years-old. It is almost unheard of in a person in their 20s. I work with a lot of doctors at several hospitals and not one has ever seen a teenager with breast cancer.

Less than 10% of breast cancers are hereditary. If your Grandmother was over 45 when she was diagnosed, then there is probably no increased risk. The older she was at diagnosis, the less risk of it being hereditary. The biggest risk factor is age. It is uncommon in women under 40 and rare in women under 30, almost unheard of in women under 20. You need to familiarize yourself with your breasts, by doing regular self checks while you are young. This will mean you will understand what sort of changes are normal for you, so as you get older you will know what needs to be checked.

Ha they must be plain old stupid then. Breast cancer is caused by a cell inside of you... not outside. They may be saying that to just make you stop but if you want to learn more about breast cancer visit this site: www.breastcancer.org
