What happens if you have breast cancer, and you decide not to have therapy

What happens if you have breast cancer, and you decide not to have therapy?
i know its quite a sensative topic and all, but i was just wondering, if you get breast cancer and decide to not have therapy, and deside to die from it, do you lose your hair? do you have pains? do you get tired or stressed out? does your eating stop? i'm just curious. i hope no-one takes this the wrong way.

The cancer will undoubtedly spread and invade your other organs. It would be quite painful. You would in all likelihood lose weight and become fatigued all the time before you die. My first cousin ignored her symptoms before she sought treatment. Unfortunately it was too late. The cancer spread and she passed a few years ago.

Why would you not want to get therapy if you got breast cancer,I mean does life mean that little to you.If I had a choice of either dieing or taking radiation therapy or even having one or both breasts removed,I think I'd choose life.About seventeen years ago my mother had breast cancer, she had to have one breast removed and all the lymph nodes taken out under her arm and she went through the therapy. She is ,happy to say cancer free for 17 years now and proof that breast cancer can be beaten if you take the therapy and fight it with everything you have.I'm sure that if you decide not to take therapy there will eventually be pain that gets worse as time progresses getting to the point you probably couldn't stand it.The cancer would eventually spread to other parts of your body eating you up from the inside out weakening you to the point you can't go on living.I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy so why would even think of something like this.

The same thing that will happen if you cut your arm off in an accident and "decide not to" get treatment; eventually the most probable consequence of such a silly decision is death. But it wouldn't happen, most likely, because under the law anyone making such a daft "decision" would be committed (as mentally incompetent) and then treated for the (very treatable) breast cancer. Breast cancer survival rates with therapy are in the high 80% range, so "deciding not to have therapy" would be a sure sign of mental illness... http://www.imaginis.com/breasthealth/statistics.asp

Often untreated breast cancer ends up eating up to the skin, where the tumors can break through the skin. Typically the first location of spread is to the lymph nodes. From there, it is a pipeline to other major organ systems: liver, brain, etc. Breasts are close to bones and lungs, so the tumor cells can easily migrate there. So lung metastatis and bone mets are common. The breast cancer tumors will grow in the lungs and bones. Tumor cells are small enough to cross the blood/brain barrier, so brain mets are pretty common. Tumors growing in the brain quickly run out of room to grow, so seizures, loss of sight, speech, smell, taste, feeling ... loss of the use of one side of the body, debilitating headaches, vertigo, these are all common symptoms of tumors growing in the brain. Liver mets are very common too. These will manifest with digestive problems, jaundice, pain in the abdomen, etc. Once the liver is involved, other major organs in the area are easy pickins'. You essentially die slowly and painfully as all your organs are consumed by the cancer as it spreads. And you wonder if you lose your hair, get tired, or stressed out?

you get tired, bony, depressed , and eventually die. There are awful pains and nausea. I do not have breast cancer but ovarian, abdominal, and soon to be more. If you dont do therapy you will not lose your hair and eventual death will be more suddle. I cannot handle intravenous therapy but am taking chemo pills right now plus a very contraversial alkaline water which seems to be helping.
