How long will a dog live if we leave her breast cancer untreated

How long will a dog live if we leave her breast cancer untreated?
I noticed a small lump about the size of half of my thumb on my dog's nipple and a rice-sized lump near another one. It feels hard when you touch it but my dog doesn't seem to be in pain when we press on it. We think it's breast cancer but my parents say that since she's already 12 years old there's not point spending so much money on such a risky surgery. How long will she live from now if we don't do the surgery? How big will the tumor grow? And will she be in pain if we don't do the surgery?

First and foremost why the hell hasn't this dog at least been seen by a vet? You can't take a proper course of action one way or the other WITHOUT an actual diagnosis. For all you know its NOT cancer. so rather than playing 20 Qs about something you can't even diagnose get the dog seen by a vet and go from there.

Months. Probably and more tumors might also grow Yes! My dog just died of cancer (she had it in the brain too though). She was fine at first but the last 4 days of her life she was miserable ans unhappy.

There's no telling if it is cancer. What if it's something treatable? There's no telling how long she'll live with the tumors. Some are slow growing. Some are benign. There's no telling how big the tumor will grow. Benign tumors can get huge. Malignant tumors are usually lethal before they get too large. Either way, she'll eventually suffer. Maybe not now while they're small, but eventually they'll get big enough to press something painful. It's worth going to the vet to at least find out what's wrong. It could be something treatable. If it's cancer, removing the tumors will ease/end her suffering and give her lots more time with you. It's not all that risky. It can be expensive though.

WTF?! FIRST: take her to the vet to make sure it's NOT cancer if it is then DO something about it don't just let her suffer >:( and even if she does have it ar twelve she still deserves to have a longer life does she not? Please get your poor dog to the vet
